To Whom It May Concern: Recently we sold our house using the services of Pat VanWagner and Jeff Williamson of Caledon Hills Real Estate Ltd. To determine who we would list our home with we interviewed three other agencies before we finalized our decision to list with Caledon Hills Real Estate Ltd. Our deciding factors were: 1.
